I believe steady employment encourages market growth more so than low rates and housing availability for the following reasons. If someone does not feel confident with their employment, they are not going to confidently borrow money. So it does not matter if interest rates were at 1% and houses were dirt cheap, if the client is afraid of losing their job they will not be eager to borrow money out of the fear they will lose their income source.</description>
