We had used Jackie when we first obtained a mortgage for our first home 10 years ago. She had obtained a great rate for us then and helped us through some of the challenges of mortgages, terms, rates, pay-downs and many of the other variables of mortgages. We stayed with that first mortgage company until just recently. When renewal time came they were unable, or unwilling, to reduce their rates to align with the current rates in the market. Jackie remembered us and had a lot of the information from before. She was very prompt in replying to our queries and more than eager to guide us to the product that was best for our needs now and future. They went to several companies. One looked promising, but because of a lack of apparent credit history, that company offer fell through. She did not give up and within a short period of time they were not only able to obtain a rate that aligned with the market, but secured for us a better rate than anticipated or hoped for.
